Technoclone Factor VIII INH Plasma, HCV Negative

Technoclone Factor VIII INH Plasma, HCV Negative is an immune-adsorbed lyophilized normal human plasma with a specific inhibitor antibody added directed against FVIII activity (FVIII:C). It can be used as accuracy control of factor VIII inhibitor determination (Bethesda Test).

FVIII Inhibitor Plasma HCV neg. may be used as:

• a hemophilia A plasma sample with FVIII Inhibitor
• for accuracy control of the determination of FVIII Inhibitor according to Bethesda (using the reagents of the FVIII Inhibitor Reagent Kit and the reagents for FVIII determination of Technoclone). On the vial label the inhibitor capacity is indicated in Bethesda Units/ml.
