Specificity

35 scu-PA binds to:

• single-chain pro-urokinase (scuPA)
• two-chain urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA)
• low molecular weight urokinase

Handling and storage

Reconstitute with 0,5 mL distilled water for preparing high dilutions use a protein containing diluent (e.g. 1% BSA in PBS).

Lyophilized antibody should be stored at 4°C. Reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
