IgG1; positive reaction with mini-plasminogen, no reaction with kringles 1-3 or kringle 4 as demonstrated by immunoblotting; reaction with free, but not complexed, plasminogen-plasmin. Applications include biochemical and pharmacological studies and antibody for an ELISA specific for plasminogen.
Positive reaction with miniplasminogen, no reaction with kringles 1-3 or kringle 4 as demonstrated by immunoblotting; reaction with plasminogen and free plasmin, but not with plasmin/antiplasmin complexes (1).
Hybridization of NSO cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with purified human plasminogen.
IgG1
The antibody is purified from murine ascites by affinity chromatography on immobilized recombinant Protein A. The purity of the product is tested by Laemmli SDS-PAGE.
The antibody is lyophilized from a 1mg/ml solution in isotonic phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 20mg/ml mannitol. It is supplied in vials of 500µg and should be reconstituted with 0.5ml distilled water.
For extensive dilutions a protein containing solution should be used (e.g. 1% bovine serum albumin in PBS).
Lyophilized antibody should be stored at 4°C. Reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C or lower. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
