TechnoLEIA® D-Dimer Latex Kit

TechnoLEIA® D-Dimer Latex Kit is a Latex enhanced turbidimetric assay for determination of D-Dimer antigen in plasma samples based on two monoclonal antibodies.

• 1 x D-Dimer Latex reagent, 4 ml
• 1 x D-Dimer Reaction buffer, 7 ml
• 1 x D-Dimer Calibrator, 0 ng / mL, 2 ml
• 1 x D-Dimer Calibrator, ~3000 ng / ml, 2 ml
• 1 x Na-Chloride solution, 0.9%, 8 ml

Test Performance

Application sheets for auto analyzers are available on request. A monoclonal anti D-Dimer antibody coupled to latex particles forms high molecular weight immunocomplexes with D-Dimer in the test sample. The resulting change in turbidity of the sample is detected photometrically by turbidimetric and nephelometric analyzers and is directly proportional to the antigen concentration. These absorbance changes are converted into antigen concentration using a reference curve constructed with standards of known concentrations. Depending on the auto analyzer used 10 µl sample, 140 µl Reaction buffer and 80 µl Latex reagent are used per determination. Measuring wave lengths: 546-800 nm.
