Technoclone Factor VIII Deficient Plasma, Native is a lyophilized, stabilized human hemophilia A plasma with a coagulation activity < 1% of factor VIII. All other coagulation factors are in the normal range and no factor VIII inhibitors are present. Factor VIII deficient plasma is used in the determination of Coagulation Factor VIII by one-stage method based on the Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT).
