Rossix Ecarin Diluent

Rossix Ecarin Diluent is a liquid solution of Tris Buffer containing bulking agents for stabilization of Ecarin. Buffer for reconstitution and dilution of the purified snake venom prothrombin activating enzyme Ecarin and of the crude venom from Echis Carinatus.

0.05 mol/L Tris.HCl pH 7.6 (at 20°C), 0.15 mol/L NaCl containing BSA and Polyethylene glycol for stabilization of Ecarin.
