Dapttin® TC is a double activated aPTT reagent with sulfatides and silica as surface activators, together with an optimal mixture of highly purified phospholipids. The double activation of the contact phase provides high sensitivity to heparin over the complete measurement range, lupus sensitivity, sensitivity for clotting factor defects and a short incubation time. The reagent is optically clear and suitable for both optical and conventional coagulometers.

Dapttin® TC (double-activated aPTT) is a standardized aPTT-(activated partial thromboplastin time) reagent consisting of slilica and sulphatide as surface activators and a blend of highly purified phospholipids. Response to all factors and inhibitors is optimal.
