The CaCTI Reagent for T-TAS01 is used with the AR Chip or the HD Chip and the T-TAS01 instrument.
Corn trypsin inhibitor is used to block activation of the contact (intrinsic) pathway of coagulation. This prevents the coagulation reactions from occurring prior to the start of the assay.
1 tube of CaCTI (0.4 mL) is sufficient to run 20 assays on either the AR or the HD Chip for T-TAS01
