Multiplate® Mini Test Cells are for the use with the Multiplate® Platelet Function Analyzer in studies requiring smaller blood sample volumes (e.g., for small animal models, neonatal testing, etc.)
Only 175 µL of whole blood per test is required when using the mini test cell as compared to the 300 µL whole blood requirement when using the standard test cell (MP0027).
In order to perform tests for the mini test cells the pipette scheme has to be adapted according to the information provided in the package insert. For this reason, special mini test cell pipette programs will be provided for the use of the electronic pipette.
