Technoclone Factor IX Deficient Plasma, Native is a lyophilized, stabilized human hemophilia B plasma with a coagulation activity of < 1% of factor IX. All other coagulation factors are in the normal range and no factor IX inhibitors are present. Factor IX deficient plasma is used in the determination of Coagulation Factor IX by one-stage method based on the Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT).
