Technoclone Coagulation Reference Plasma (for Ceveron® alpha) is a calibration plasma for use in coagulation analysis. Accuracy control values are given for coagulation tests, single coagulation factors and inhibitors in the normal range.
Coagulation Reference can be used for:
- Establishing calibration curves for coagulation tests and factors.
- Accuracy control for coagulation tests, i.e. prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), thrombin time (TT) and determination of fibrinogen (Clauss) within the normal range.
For the use with the Ceveron® alpha.
Coagulation Reference is prepared from specially selected citrated plasmas of healthy donors. By establishing this pool the clotting activity of the single donor plasmas is normally distributed. Thereby the “average” presence of all coagulation factors and inhibitors is secured. Coagulation Reference contains stabilizers but no bactericide additives.
